Ajibola holds Master’s degree (M.Sc. – IBM) Degree in International Business Management with Business Analysis and digital innovation from Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester, United Kingdom, Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Accounting from University of Lagos and Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting from Lagos State University. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Associate of The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, United Kingdom (CIPP-UK). Ajibola also holds several trainings certifications in Data analysis, Business Analytics, Financial Modelling, Project Management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) both locally and from international institutions.
